Party Bike Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy in line with all applicable legislation, and this policy sets out how we process any personal data collected from you, or personal data that you provide to us.
Data we collect
When you access our website, we may automatically collect the following data from you:

- Website visitor behaviour patterns (such as pages visited and duration);
- How visitors have found us (such as search engine terms, directly or through advertisements).
Such information is obtained in order to find out how site visitors reach our website and how our website is used. Such information is normally obtained by the use of cookies, which are small text files placed on your computer by websites in order to distinguish you from other users, and to allow us to identify repeat visits to our website. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. In order to obtain such information, we use a third party service (Google Analytics). We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website using this service. If you have accessed our website through an advertised link (such as Google Ads or social media advertising), we also use cookies to identify how you use the website to determine the success rate of such advertisements. Again, we do not make any attempt, nor allow these advertising partners to make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Party Bike Ltd does not host any advertisements on its website, and as such, does not collect information on about any other websites you may use.
When you contact us, we may collect the following data from you:

- Contact details (phone number and email address);
- Correspondence history with us;
- Marketing preferences;
- Other information which you provide at the time.
This data is collected and stored in order to communicate effectively with you and for internal record keeping.
When you make a booking with us, we collect the following data from you:
- Your name;
- Contact details (phone number and email address);
- Correspondence history with us;
- Marketing preferences;
- Sales data as to what you have booked;
- Payment data.
Such information is collected and stored in order to fulfil your booking, communicate with you effectively about your booking, and to process payment for it.
We use a third party provider (TicketingHub Ltd) to process bookings made online through our website using the ‘Book Now’ widget, the use of which is also subject to their own privacy policy (a link to which is present when booking). TicketingHub Ltd will pass on all personal data that you have entered whilst booking to us in order to fulfil your booking, communicate with you effectively about your booking, and to process payment for it.
We use Stripe Payments to process all card payments, and we will share personal data with Stripe Payments including your name and email address in order to process and identify transactions. Stripe Payments may also share information about you and/or your payment method with us which has been obtained from financial institutions for the purposes of fraud risk analysis; but such data does not contain any details of any other transactions made with anyone else apart from ourselves.
Security and storage of data
Party Bike Ltd is committed to keeping all data secure, and has in place suitable electronic and physical measures to prevent unauthorised access and disclosure of personal data. All payment data is secured to the highest degree possible in line with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
Acquisition, sharing and transfer of personal data with third parties
With the exception of the third parties in the manner mentioned above, Party Bike Ltd does not pass any details about our customers or website visitors to any third party for the purpose of marketing or other similar purposes.
This privacy policy is not in place to restrict Party Bike Ltd’s ability to do the following:
- To fulfil any legal obligation;
- To apply and enforce Party Bike Ltd’s terms and conditions of business;
- To protect the legal rights, property and safety of Party Bike Ltd, its staff, customers and others.
As such, Party Bike Ltd reserves the right to pass on any data collected if Party Bike Ltd deems necessary for the above purposes.
Controlling your personal information
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
- whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, there may a box to indicate that you wish to be contacted for direct marketing purposes. If you wish to opt-in to this, then you check this box.
